Cancelling your account/service

You can cancel your service by calling us on 1300 303 375 or start a conversation by clicking on the chat icon.

We also offer some alternatives to cancelling your service, such as:

• Transfer the ownership of your account

• Changing to a different plan

• Relocating your service to another address

• Changing to a different service (Mobile, NBN, Wireless Broadband).

If you’ve decided to cancel your service, please note that the account holder or an authorised contact must contact us.

Note: SpinTel services are billed in advance. When you cancel a service, any unused amount you paid in advance will not be refunded (you will be billed till the end of your current bill cycle. You may also be charged an early termination fee if your service is still contracted.
