How to Request a SIM Replacement?

Need a new SIM card? Here's what you need to do.

 1. Visit

2. Login to My Account by selecting Customers and then My Account.

3. The dashboard shows the summary of your services and their usage. Click Manage Service on the mobile number you want to get a replacement SIM.

4.  Scroll down to Service Management and click Order a replacement SIM

5. Select the preferred SIM type and click on Order SIM. For Physical SIM, complete the SIM Replacement form to place the order.

Once you receive the replacement SIM, head on to the activation page to activate the new SIM.

For eSIM, go to the activation page after placing the order to generate a QR code.
