Are there lock-in contracts with SpinTel’s mobile plans?

No, SpinTel mobile plans do not have lock-in contracts, so you can cancel anytime without termination fees. However, standard cancellation conditions may still apply as outlined in Clause 12.1 of our Terms and Conditions.

 

How does SpinTel help me avoid unexpected charges or bill shock?

SpinTel offers data capping options to help you stay in control of your usage. You’ll also receive usage alerts via SMS and email when you reach 50%, 85%, and 100% of your included data.
