From July 2026, selected SpinTel NBN plans will have updated monthly pricing. These changes reflect annual wholesale pricing updates from NBN Co and will apply from your first billing cycle on or after 1 July 2026.

Why are prices changing?
Each year, NBN Co updates the wholesale prices charged to internet providers for access to the national broadband network.
To continue delivering a reliable, high-quality broadband experience, SpinTel has reviewed its pricing and made adjustments to reflect the wholesale cost changes.

If your plan is affected, the new monthly price will be automatically applied from your first billing cycle on or after 1 July 2026.

What happens to promotional discounts?
If you are on a promotional offer:
- Your discount will continue as normal
- It will remain active until the end of your promotional period
- The discount will still apply even after the base plan price changes
