For Residential Accounts:
- Inform Us: Notify us of the name change.
- Provide Documentation: Submit a legal document that reflects your new name, such as a valid ID, marriage certificate, or legal name change document.
For Business Accounts:
- Inform Us: Notify us of the name change for your business.
- Provide Documentation: Submit a copy of your Record of Registration for Business Name from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
