3-Way / Conference Calling on Your Mobile Plan

Does my mobile plan include 3-way or conference calling?

Currently, 3-way (conference) calling is not included in our mobile plans.

This means you won’t be able to merge multiple calls together to speak with two or more people at the same time using standard voice calling.

 

What is 3-way / Conference Calling?

3-way or conference calling allows you to:

• Call one person
• Place them on hold
• Call a second person
• Merge both calls so everyone can speak together

As this feature is not supported on our mobile service, calls cannot be merged through the network.

 

Are there any alternatives?

While network-based conference calling is not available, you may consider:

• Using third-party apps such as Zoom, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, or similar apps that support group voice or video calls (internet connection required).
• Asking one participant to initiate a conference call if their provider supports it.

Please note that third-party apps may use mobile data or WiFi.
