If you've elected to upgrade the nbn technology type at your premises, the following terms and conditions will apply;

  • You agree to cooperate with the requests of nbn technician, which may include finding a suitable position in your home or business for nbn equipment to be installed.

  • You agree that by participating in this upgrade, your nbn speed will be 100Mbps or above (if applicable).

  • You agree that it is your responsibility to terminate your existing Fibre to the Node (FTTN) service within 7 days of the new Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) service being activated.

  • If your FTTN service is not cancelled, you will continue to be billed for both active services. The FTTN service will not automatically terminate.

  • If you are not the owner of your property, you agree to obtain consent from the property owner or property manager before the technician's appointment as the installation will require drilling into the walls as well as other changes to the property.

  • You understand that during the progress of the order, there may be temporary service interruptions.
