Do you offer Static IP?

A static IP address is simply an IP Address that doesn’t change. This is generally used on servers or other important equipment. It remains constant until the device is decommissioned or your network architecture changes.

By default, we are using Customer-grade Network Address Translation (CGNAT) on our services, sharing a single public IP among multiple users. This generally works well but can affect port forwarding, P2P connections, and Dynamic DNS (DDNS).

For those needing a Static IP, it’s available on our NBN service upon request:

• Business Plan Customers: Switch to a Static IP for free.
• Residential Plan Customers: Either switch to a business plan for a free Static IP or pay $11 per month to keep your current plan and get a Static IP.
