Your SIM Card activation can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 business hours, so we recommend continuing to use your old SIM Card during this time. Once the old SIM card stops working within this period, it's time to insert SpinTel’s SIM Card into your phone, and you should be good to go!
If the time frame has passed and your SIM Card still isn't working, try removing it from your phone for 10 minutes and turn the phone off. Then, re-insert it after 10 minutes and turn the phone back on. This reboot process should activate your new SIM.
