Can I rent a modem from SpinTel?
Rental modems are only available for Wireless Broadband.
Are the rental modems new?
They can be new or refurbished.
Do I own the modem after renting for a time period?
No, the modem must be returned when you terminate your service, or no longer require it. It must be returned to SpinTel within 21 days, including any cables, charges etc.
If the modem is not returned or is returned damaged, your account will be charged for the cost of the modem.
What happens if the modem stops working?
A replacement modem will be sent if your rental modem becomes faulty. We’ll need to do some troubleshooting and if SpinTel deem the modem needs to be replaced, we’ll send you a return bag and another modem. The faulty modem must be returned to SpinTel within 21 days, including any cables, charges etc. to prevent being charged.
