Payment Method and its Processing Fees

What payment methods can I use?

SpinTel accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (AMEX).
• Direct debit: Payments directly from your Australian bank account.

Note: All cards must be Australian issued. Accounts with banks outside Australia are not supported.

 

Are there any payment surcharges?

No. Effective 1 October 2026, SpinTel no longer charges payment surcharges for any payment method.

However, dishonour fees may still apply if a payment is unsuccessful. These fees are separate from payment surcharges.

 

How long does it take for a payment to be reflected?

The time it takes for a payment to appear in your account depends on the payment method used.

• Credit or Debit Card: Real-time
• Direct Debit: 2–3 working days
