How Long Does It Take to Activate Your SIM Card?

New Number: Activating a new number is straightforward and usually completes within 5-15 minutes.

Transferring a Number: Activation for transferring a number can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 business hours. During this time, we recommend continuing to use your old SIM card. Once your old SIM card stops working, insert your new SpinTel SIM card into your phone, and it should be ready to use.

If the specified time frame has passed and your SIM card still isn’t working, follow these steps:

• Remove the SIM card from your phone.
• Turn off your phone.
• Wait for atleast 5 minutes.
• Reinsert the SIM card and turn your phone back on.

This reboot process should activate your new SIM. If it still doesn’t work, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
