To get connected via your Sagemcom Fast 5355 modem, you'll need to log into your modem gateway.
Note: Our support does not extend to all Optus Sagemcom modems due to their locked nature. If your Sagemcom modem is from Optus, we suggest trying a different modem.
Logging into your modem
To access modem gateway, enter 10.0.0138 in the address bar of a web browser. If it does not work, check your router's IP address. For instructions, click here.
Enter admin for both the username and password and click Login. If you have changed the login credentials, please enter the current username and password for your modem interface.
Once logged in, click Broadband and make sure PPP enable is switched On.
Enter the username and password provided to you via email
Make sure Mode is set to PPPoE and hit Apply to save the changes.
Wait 3-5 minutes for the modem to go online, then test the service. Reboot modem if needed.
