We can cancel an order if the service hasn't already been provisioned. If we've already started provisioning your service (you will start receiving notifications by email or SMS) of the order progression, an order cancellation fee of $49 may apply.

If you've received a completion notification for your order, or you've already started using your new service you may need to pay an early termination fee (if applicable), and standard cancellation terms will apply.
