Alternatively, you can
- Transfer the ownership of your account
- Change to a different plan
- Relocate your service to another address
- Change to a different service (Mobile, NBN, Wireless Broadband). Order online and contact us to cancel the service that is no longer needed.
In order to cancel your service, the account holder or an authorised contact must contact us.
Note: SpinTel services are billed in advance. When you cancel a service, any unused amount you paid in advance will not be refunded (you will be billed till the end of your current bill cycle. You may also be charged an early termination fee if your service is still in contract.
