Estimated Reading Time: 1 Minutes

What happens if I don’t move to the NBN network?

Services provided over the NBN network will be replacing phone and internet services provided over most of the existing copper. You need to switch to the NBN before the disconnection date to avoid any service interruption and if you are planning to retain your existing telephone number.

Can I use my own modem?

Assuming your current modem is NBN compatible, and not locked by your current provider – you may continue to use it when moving to NBN or from another NBN provider. More information on a BYO modem can be found in this article.

What will happen if I have an existing contract when I upgrade to NBN?

Please call us on 1300 303 375 to discuss transferring to NBN if your current service with us is within your contract.
