What is NBN?
The National Broadband Network, or NBN, is Australia’s new broadband network. It is a high speed broadband network that's being rolled out by the Australian Government owned NBN, designed to give Australians access to faster, more reliable internet and change the way we access the internet.
What happens if I don’t move to the nbn™ network?
As you may recall, a few years ago analog television was switched off to digital television. The NBN rollout works in a similar sort of way.
Services provided over the NBN network will be replacing phone and internet services provided over most of the existing landline networks, including copper.
Can I use my own modem?
We allow you to use your own modem provided that it is not locked by the current provider. You may check the NBN BYO requirements on this article.
