Account Holder can delete an authorised user, if the person is no longer connected with the business or no longer needed.

How to delete an authorised user?

1. Visit

2. Login to My Account by selecting Customers and then My Account.

3. Scroll down to My Account Details, then click on Users & Mailboxes.

My Account Details

4. Select the username you want to remove and select 'Delete'

My Users > Delete

5. Click Confirm

Delete Mailbox > Confirm

Please note, when you delete an account here, the email account will also be removed, along with any emails that you haven't downloaded.
