Depending on how nbn is delivered to the property and whether the property is nbn-ready, completion will vary between 2 business days up to 20 business days. It may even take longer if further work is required to be undertaken by the nbn technicians.   

If there is nbn equipment installed on the property, SpinTel should be able to activate the service within 1-5 business days.

We'll be able to give you a better idea of the timeframe after your order has been received. Timeframes vary due to the availability of nbnco's technicians to complete your activation and we always request earliest available appointment times (unless you request otherwise).

Once you receive the appointment details, a link will be provided in the email notification to allow you to reschedule the appointment.
