Need a new SIM card? Here's what you need to do.

 1. Visit

2. Login to My Account by selecting Customers and then My Account.

3. The dashboard shows the summary of your services and their usage. Click Manage Service on the mobile number you want to get a replacement SIM.

4.  Scroll down to Service Management and click Order a replacement SIM

5. Complete the SIM Replacement form and click on Order SIM. A confirmation message will be displayed.
