Important update regarding your nbn

On Monday 20 May 2024, we’ll be upgrading part of our network, which may impact your nbn service.

 

If your nbn service is not working today, please restart your modem by following the steps below to allow it to resynchronise to the network.

 

1. Turn off your modem and unplug it from the power source.

2. Wait for at least 30 seconds.

3. Plug the modem back in and turn it on.

4. Wait for a few minutes for the modem to re-establish a connection to our network.

 

If your modem fails to reconnect to the network, please log in to the modem and change the WAN connection type from "PPPoE" to "Automatic IP" save, and re-start your modem.
